- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The owner is rude. Plain and simple. The other woman, who I believe is her daughter, is always helpful and polite. However, every time I speak to the owner directly, her attitude is poor and always speaks in a condescending tone. I DREAD calling them for any inquiries because of the anticipated poor customer service I might experience. It's a shame that the company and employees are viewed in bad light due to poor management.
